What does the 10% referral discount cover?
When someone signs up to FreeAgent using your unique referral code, a 10% discount will be applied to the cost of your FreeAgent subscription. No discount will be applied to the cost of add-ons (i.e. any additional features, integrations and services purchased outside of the core FreeAgent subscription). Find out more.
What happens if my friend has already started a free trial?
No biggie, they can still take advantage of your referral discount. Just ask them to enter your referral code when they subscribe. You can find your code on the ‘Referrals’ page in your FreeAgent account.
Why can't I find my referral code in my account?
If your FreeAgent account is provided by your accountant or bookkeeper, you aren’t eligible for referral discounts.
What happens if my friend cancels their subscription?
If the person you refer stops using FreeAgent, your 10% discount will end.
How do I track my referrals?
Log in to your FreeAgent account and head to the ‘Referrals’ page to see your active referrals.
How do referral discounts work with yearly subscriptions?
If you have a yearly FreeAgent subscription or move on to one, you can still earn referral discounts, but they’ll only be applied to your next subscription renewal date.
