We’re excited to announce that we’ve released an update to FreeAgent’s Self Assessment functionality to include the UK property (SA105) page in sole trader and limited company account types.

This update will allow you to include income and costs from any properties your sole trader and limited company director clients own when filing their Self Assessment tax returns directly to HMRC from FreeAgent.

Please note that it will not be possible to use FreeAgent to report property income and costs for non-UK properties (other than EEA furnished holiday lettings), or for landlords not resident in the UK, on behalf of a client. You can find out more in our Knowledge Base.

The Self-employment (SA103) page has also been added to limited company account types. This will allow you to enter details of any self-employment income your limited company director clients earn and include them with their submissions.
