How Popcorn works with FreeAgent
Connecting Popcorn CRM to FreeAgent gives you a simple way to join up your sales and accounts, so you can spend less time on admin and more time winning work. Your contacts stay in sync across both systems and you can quickly create deals in Popcorn that flow straight into FreeAgent when they’re ready to invoice. Invoices raised in FreeAgent also appear in Popcorn, so you can easily track who’s paid and who needs a nudge.
How do I get started with Popcorn?
You can connect your Popcorn CRM account to FreeAgent in just a few simple steps:
- Log in to your Popcorn CRM account and go to Settings > Integrations.
- Click on the FreeAgent logo and then select ‘Connect to FreeAgent’.
- Log in to your FreeAgent account and authorise the connection when prompted.
- Once connected, choose which pipelines and columns in Popcorn should trigger a contact to sync to FreeAgent, and where you’d like FreeAgent contacts to sync into Popcorn. Popcorn deals will automatically sync to FreeAgent when marked as ‘Won’.
- Set up any automation triggers based on your sales stages to keep everything flowing smoothly.
