As a FreeAgent Partner, you’ll find that help is never far away. Whether you’ve got a question about our software or you’re looking for advice on how to make the most of FreeAgent in your practice, here’s how to get the information you’re looking for:

Support for you

If you’re looking for more information about using FreeAgent in your practice, take a look at our Knowledge Base for accountants.

If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for in our Knowledge Base, our practice support team is on hand to help with any technical questions.

You can select the blue ‘Help’ button at the bottom-right of the screen on your Practice Dashboard, or when switched to a client’s account, to start a live chat or message us.

Phone lines are open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 4pm on Fridays. Calls are free from UK landlines and mobiles, and are recorded for monitoring, training and security purposes.

Support for your clients

Our Knowledge Base is a treasure trove of helpful articles on FreeAgent’s functionality for small business owners and freelancers.

If your clients have a question about using FreeAgent and you’re not available to answer, our friendly support team would be very happy to help. Don’t worry, they don’t offer accounting advice - we leave that to you!

Your clients can select the blue ‘Help’ button at the bottom-right of the screen on the FreeAgent website to start a live chat or message us.

Book a call

To book your support call, click on the ‘Book now’ button to pick a time slot and complete the booking form. You can book up to two weeks in advance.
