Your Client Invitation page
When it comes to embracing FreeAgent, some of your clients may need the benefits explained a little more than others. This can be time-consuming and when you’re having these conversations regularly with multiple clients, it can take you away from more valuable work.
Introducing your Client Invitation page
To help you communicate the benefits of FreeAgent to your clients as quickly and easily as possible, we’ve created a co-branded Client Invitation page for your practice.
The page explains what FreeAgent is and how it can help your client work more effectively with you. Your practice’s logo is displayed clearly at the top of the page.
Simply send your client an email with a link to your Client Invitation page and once they’ve read the information, they can express their interest in using FreeAgent by filling in a form on the page. You will then receive an email notification to set them up.
Where do I get the link to this page?
You can find the link to your custom Client Invitation page by logging into your Practice Dashboard and going to the Partner Resources section (top right, next to Settings).
How does the form on the page work?
When your client is ready to get started on FreeAgent, all they have to do is fill in their name and email address.
You’ll then be prompted about them filling in their details via email, so you can go ahead and set up your client's FreeAgent account from your Practice Dashboard.
What email address will receive these notifications?
The email address that appears on your FreeAgent Accountant Directory listing will receive the email notifications every time one of your clients submits the form.
Things to keep in mind
- You need to be an accredited partner. The Client Invitation page is a resource that’s only available to accredited FreeAgent partners that are listed on the FreeAgent Accountant Directory. If you’re not accredited but would like to be, you can learn about accreditation here.
- The page uses the same practice name, logo and email address as your listing on FreeAgent's Accountant Directory. If your logo or email address are out of date, or you’d like to replace either of them, please contact your account manager.
- FreeAgent will not use your clients’ personal information to contact them. We will simply forward their details on to you in compliance with FreeAgent’s terms of service and data and privacy policy.
