Welcome emails for permission levels 7+

Whenever you set up a new client on your Practice Dashboard, they will receive an email inviting them to log in to FreeAgent and create their password. Once they’ve done this, and if you have client welcome emails enabled, your client will receive a series of helpful emails over the space of two weeks to get them started on FreeAgent.

Clients onboarded on or after 20th September 2021 with permission level 7 or above will receive the following emails:
