Self Assessment filing for 2023/24 is live in FreeAgent

Are your clients are keen beans, poised and ready to submit their next Self Assessment tax return to HMRC? Good news - they can now file for 2023/24 from FreeAgent.

If your clients are sole traders, limited company directors or unincorporated landlords already using FreeAgent, parts of their Self Assessment form can be auto-populated using the data that’s already in their FreeAgent accounts. All that’s left to do is review the form, fill in the last few details, then file the tax return directly from FreeAgent to HMRC in just a few clicks!

The Self Assessment deadline isn’t until 31st January 2025, but for clients ready to get ahead of the game, you can head over to the Self Assessment area of their FreeAgent account to get the process started.
