Changes to FreeAgent’s list prices

We emailed all our Practice Partners in November 2023 to advise that FreeAgent’s standard prices are increasing for limited company and partnership licences.

These changes take effect from 1st February 2024. In the email, we explained what impact, if any, this would have on your practice’s pricing. For more details, please refer to the email, or contact your account manager if you have any questions.

We know that price increases are never welcome, and in fact this will be only the second time we’ve raised our list prices in the 16 years since FreeAgent started. Unfortunately, like many businesses, we’ve been impacted by rising costs over the last couple of years. This change will allow us to support our customers and keep investing in FreeAgent to make it even better for you and your clients.

For all our Partners, sole trader and landlord pricing is unaffected, and any clients with bank-funded accounts will continue to get FreeAgent for free while they retain a NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland or Ulster Bank business current account, or mark Mettle as their primary business account in FreeAgent. (Optional add-ons may be chargeable.)
