Fresh mobile updates
Many of your clients will be less mobile right now but that doesn’t mean their phones are sitting idly by. From FaceTiming family members to exploring new bread recipes, your clients’ phones are likely to be indispensable to them.
While we can’t help your clients make the perfect sourdough bread, our latest mobile app release is fresh out of the oven with some tasty new features to help clients stay on top of their accounts.
Open Banking re-consent
Your clients need to re-consent their Open Banking bank feeds every 90 days as part of the Open Banking standard. We’ve made this process even easier by allowing them to re-consent their bank feeds on the FreeAgent mobile app. If any of your clients have their bank’s mobile app on their phone, they can even re-consent their bank feeds via fingerprint or face ID. We hope this update will make it easier for clients to re-consent to their bank feeds and will save you time that you might normally spend reminding them to do so.
Radar on mobile
Hot on the heels of its desktop release, your clients can now access Radar on the FreeAgent mobile app. To start with, we’ve added the Admin To-Do list to the app to help your clients nail their daily admin. This should mean that you’ll spend less time reminding your clients to keep their accounts up to date. In the next few weeks, the mobile app will also start providing actionable, personalised Insights to help each of your clients improve their business’s performance.
Create contacts and projects
Finally, your clients can now use the FreeAgent mobile app to create contacts and projects as part of the new estimate and invoice workflows. This should make it easier for your clients to record new jobs and send quotes while they’re on the go.
