Learn FreeAgent your way

We’re excited to bring you a new and improved way to access all of the resources you need to upskill and gain FreeAgent accreditation.

With these new learning resources you’ll discover how to get started with FreeAgent and how to set up and manage client accounts. The resources have been designed to help you feel more confident in introducing your clients to the software and teaching them how to use it.

Gain FreeAgent accreditation

The course is split into bite-sized modules to help you fit it into your busy schedule. Each module takes about an hour to complete and can be experienced through:

• self-paced video learning
• instructor-led webinars
• easy-to-follow manuals

Once you’ve worked through the learning material in all of the modules, you’ll have the option of sitting an open book exam and gaining FreeAgent accreditation. There are two ways you can do this:

At your own pace from your home or office

You can learn via short videos, PDF manual or webinars, then take the online open book exam when you’re ready. You’ll know right away if you’ve passed and your account manager will follow up with your certificate in the mail.

At an event in person

We regularly host half or full-day accreditation events around the UK, where you can learn from experts, network with other professionals, take the accreditation exam and receive your framed certificate on the day. Speak to your account manager to find out more.
