We’ve been busy rolling out a number of new integration partnerships recently. Here are just a few of the latest. 

Boost productivity with Engager.app 

One the of most recent integrations is with Engager.app, a leading name in practice management software. This new integration allows you to sync contacts, invoices and more between the two softwares, saving your practice valuable time and reducing potential errors. We’re working on enhancing this partnership even more to offer even greater benefits to our partners in the future.

Fix bookkeeping errors with Xenon Connect 

Identifying and fixing client errors can be a major drain for accountancy and bookkeeping practices to deal with. Our new integration with Xenon Connect extracts your clients’ bookkeeping data from FreeAgent and runs health checks to detect and clean up errors. Whether it’s unreconciled bank activity, old unpaid invoices or duplicate items, you’ll be provided with a solution to sort out each detected item and rectify the issue in FreeAgent.

Save time on data entry with Dext Prepare

You and your clients can upload invoices to Dext Prepare, either individually or in bulk. Dext Prepare will then automatically extract the data and seamlessly generate invoices in FreeAgent, simplifying everyone’s daily admin tasks. This integration not only saves you time but also ensures accuracy, eliminating the need for manual data entry.

Unlock client insights with Syft

Earlier this year, we released a new integration with Syft, a powerful analytics tool that helps practices create reports and uncover insights about their clients. Syft uses transaction-level data to let you drill down into the nitty-gritty details of your client’s financial performance and pinpoint potential issues or opportunities as they arise, allowing for more proactive and valuable conversations.

Improve accuracy of client data with Amazon

Our integration with Amazon allows clients with an Amazon UK Marketplace account to connect it directly to FreeAgent. This brings a host of automation options that enable you to work more efficiently with clients who sell on the world’s biggest online marketplace. It’s one of the first direct integrations between Amazon and UK-based accounting software and provides customers with the most cost-effective marketplace solution on the Selling Partner Appstore.

Each day, details of your clients’ Amazon sales, refunds and fees flow into FreeAgent automatically. Based on this data, the software creates invoices, credit notes and bills and explains transactions to the appropriate accounting categories.

This time-saving tool significantly improves the accuracy of client data and reduces the manual admin required for you and any clients who sell goods on the Amazon UK Marketplace.

Your clients can try this integration free of charge until 1st September 2024. After that, Partners can either allow clients to subscribe directly at a cost of just £6/month (+VAT) or add it to their Practice invoice at a reduced rate.
