Since November 2022, we've made it easier for you to manage your clients' bank feeds with our 90-day reconsent feature. Now, we're taking it a step further and are excited to announce that you can update your clients’ bank feeds in bulk.
FreeAgent is the first accounting software to offer this functionality, and we’re delighted that this small change will significantly improve our Partners’ efficiency in managing this essential part of their banking admin.
A more efficient way to work
We’ve created a new ‘Bank connections’ page allowing you to view all clients' bank feed statuses in one central location. From here, you can easily update the connections for your clients in one go rather than navigating to each client’s account. In numbers, that translates to just three clicks to update your clients' bank feeds, down from what used to be nine for each individual client.
This will not only save you valuable time but will also align all bank feed expiry dates, so updates can be performed less frequently. If you want to be really organised, you can also set up an alert to remind you when your clients’ bank feeds are about to expire, eliminating the need to ask them to re-establish their connection.
Market leading technology
Even if a client’s bank feed does expire, you’ll have 90 days to update the connection and FreeAgent will automatically import data from their last transaction date so that no data is missing.
