Between helping clients adapt to new ways of working and keeping them updated on recent announcements from the government, you’re probably spinning a lot of plates right now.

Here are some updates we've made in FreeAgent recently to help save you time and reduce the number of tasks on your to-do list.

Export dashboard alert reports

You can now export your FreeAgent dashboard alert reports as a CSV file. This makes it even easier to keep an eye on key aspects of your clients’ accounts, such as when your clients need to reconnect and re-consent their Open Banking bank feeds. Automated refunds for transferred clients

We've enabled automated refunds of unused annual subscriptions for any clients who transfer their existing FreeAgent account to your dashboard. If a client is eligible for a refund, we will explain this in the email we send to invite them to transfer their account. Once your client has accepted the invitation, we will issue the refund automatically and a credit note will appear in the billing area of the client’s account.

Transfer clients between account managers in bulk

All senior account managers can now transfer clients between account managers in bulk, rather than having to select each client account individually. This is useful if you want to move all of the clients associated with one account manager to another. To use this bulk action, navigate to the ‘Account Managers’ tab on your FreeAgent dashboard and select 'Move Clients'. Check out this article on our Knowledge Base to learn more.

Import opening balances in bulk

We’ve added the option to import your clients’ opening balances in bulk. If you’d like to get started, contact your account manager.
