FreeAgent for Landlords is on its way

If you work with clients who earn income from property, you may well be thinking about how to support them when Making Tax Digital for Income Tax Self Assessment (MTD for ITSA) comes into effect. 

We’re delighted to let our Practice Partners know that we will soon be launching FreeAgent for Landlords, a version of our award-winning software designed specifically for clients who earn income from property. 

With all the relevant FreeAgent features included, FreeAgent for Landlords will also have a dedicated ‘Property’ feature that will allow clients to attribute income and costs to specific properties and then track their profitability. Support for MTD for ITSA submissions will be added to FreeAgent for Landlords before the legislation comes into effect.

FreeAgent for Landlords will be available for you to use with your clients who earn income from property in the next few weeks.
