Introducing ‘Capture for later’ on mobile

Dealing with mountains of receipts can be a burden for many clients and, needless to say, this can also have a negative impact on your workload.

Handily, our new ‘Capture for later’ feature lets your clients use the FreeAgent mobile app to quickly snap and store receipt images in the ‘Files’ area of FreeAgent, which you can deal with later. You can attach stored image files to expenses or bank transactions on desktop while your clients can attach the images to transactions on either desktop or the FreeAgent mobile app.

Clients can now enable bank feeds on mobile

‘Capture for later’ isn’t the only new feature we’ve introduced on the FreeAgent mobile app.

Your clients with NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland and Ulster Bank NI-funded FreeAgent accounts can now enable their bank feeds on the FreeAgent mobile app. They can even set up multiple feeds from the same bank in one go, making it easier than ever for them to manage their finances when they’re out and about.

We’ll be adding the option to enable other bank feeds on the FreeAgent mobile app early next year, so watch this space!
