Brendan says: “What’s great about this integration with FreeAgent is that it’s so simple. If you have a FreeAgent account already set up, create a company in AutoEntry and click ‘Integrate.’ It’ll show you a list of accounting software vendors. You then choose FreeAgent and it’ll connect the two accounts so that going forward you can just take pictures or scan batches of paper. AutoEntry will extract all of the information from those documents and push it into FreeAgent.”

AutoEntry and FreeAgent for your clients

FreeAgent’s integration with AutoEntry isn’t just for practices. Your small business clients can use AutoEntry to record their own bills, invoices, expenses and receipts and push this data into their FreeAgent account. This can help to reduce the number of manual errors in your clients’ processes and save you time when it comes to reviewing their accounts.

To get set up, your clients need to create a company in AutoEntry and click ‘Integrate.’ They can then select FreeAgent from the list of accounting software vendors. Next, they need to select a ‘non-accountant’ connection and then log in to their FreeAgent account to approve the integration.
