You can now add an ownership arrangement to a landlord client’s account

We’re pleased to announce that you can now add an ownership arrangement to a landlord client’s account in FreeAgent. This update will allow you to split the ownership of all their properties between multiple individuals.

Once the individuals who own a percentage of the properties have been added as users to your client’s account, the ownership of all the properties can be split between them, provided the individual ownership percentages total 100 per cent. Once an ownership arrangement has been added, it will be applied to all of the client’s properties in FreeAgent.
